Interfaces that finish the job.

Journey builds an agent into the apps and channels a business already runs. A user who gets stuck gets an answer and a completed task.

The problem

Organizations still engage people as segments and every handoff forces a restart.

A new surface or a new agent means the same explanation again. The cost is slower resolution and lost trust.

Journey: the interface layer

Journey is the second component of Prime's Application Layer. It builds an agent into the apps and channels a business already runs. When a user gets stuck, the agent draws on Memory and Atlas, so it knows who they are, what they are trying to do and which rules apply. It then completes the task right there.

Capabilities

What Journey does.

  • An overlay, not a replacement

    Nothing to rebuild.

Journey sits on top of current systems and channels and adds the agent to the flows people already use.

  • Unified context

Nobody starts over. Neither does the agent.

State and history follow between surfaces and to a human colleague. Every next step starts from what is already known.

  • Proactive follow-through

Work that continues without being asked.

Agents follow up, resume stalled work and route urgent or complex work to people. Each interaction improves the next.
